02Founder
Tiba — Founder & CEO, Mega Point
In this industry, a handover date is more than a deadline — it is the day a business begins operating.

For the people we build for, a completion date is never just a line on a programme — it is tied to an opening, a launch, the day a business begins to trade. Mega Point is built around that reality: to plan, staff and finish so the date holds, and the space is ready to operate the moment it is handed over. That has been the standard since 2010.

Tiba, Founder & CEO

Vision

To be recognised as a trusted leader in interior fit-out and finishing by delivering thoughtful, technically sound and reliable project solutions.

Mission

To provide comprehensive fit-out and finishing services through professional project management, skilled craftsmanship, quality-focused execution and long-term client partnerships.

03Company structure

How the company is organised.

Mega Point runs as a team of more than 85 — 20 in management and office, 5 in project site coordination, and 60 skilled workshop and site labour. A head-office structure manages planning, estimation, procurement and design coordination, while a dedicated project delivery team oversees execution on site. Both report through a single line of accountability — which is what allows a project to move from drawing to handover without losing continuity.

01Structure 1

Head office.

The leadership of Mega Point reports up through the Managing Director and CEO to the Board. Three directors — Operations, Commercial, and Finance & HR — each lead the teams that make day-to-day delivery, costing, and administration work across every project.

Mega Point head office organisation chart
01

Board of Directors / Owner

Sets the strategic direction of the company, approves major contracts, and holds the leadership team accountable to long-term standards.

02

Managing Director / CEO

Single point of accountability for the company's operations. Reports to the Board; oversees the three director functions below.

03

Operations Director

Owns project delivery and design coordination. Heads the Design Team and Project Managers who run live sites end to end.

04

Commercial Director

Costing, supply chain, and finances at the project level. Leads Estimation, Procurement & Logistics, and Accounts.

05

Finance & HR Manager

Corporate finance and the people side of the business. Oversees the HR & Admin team for hiring, payroll, training and compliance.

06

Workshop & Workforce

Sitting alongside this chart: the Al-Wukair carpentry workshop and a skilled workforce of 60+ — carpenters, marble and stone fitters, painters, decorators and finishing crews — scaled up or down per project complexity. Behind them sits a wider local and international network of highly skilled labour that can be mobilised on demand, so larger or specialist scopes are never constrained by in-house headcount.

02Structure 2

Project delivery.

On every active project, a Project Manager runs a dedicated team with one line of accountability. Quality, scheduling, safety and finishing all answer to one person — so there is no sub-contractor finger-pointing on handover day. Team size scales with project complexity.

Mega Point project delivery organisation chart
01

Project Manager

Single owner of the project from kick-off to handover. The client and consultant always know exactly who is accountable.

02

QA/QC Engineer

Quality Control Officer responsible for inspection requests, snagging and ensuring works meet technical specifications.

03

Key Planner

Owns the project schedule and timeline. Updates the programme weekly and flags risks to the handover date before they slip.

04

HSE / Safety Officer

Site safety inspector. Runs the 19-point shift-start checklist and enforces PPE, fire control and working-at-height protocols.

05

Site Engineer & Foremen

Day-to-day delivery on site. Leads the foremen for joinery, finishing, marble and stone, painting and décor installation — scaled up for larger or phased works.

06

MEP Coordinator

Runs MEP works that sit inside a fit-out scope — extensions, modifications, upgrading and relocation of existing electrical and plumbing systems. Not a standalone MEP contractor function.

04Clients

Clients and collaborators.

Over the years, Mega Point has worked with hospitality operators, retail brands, educational institutions, government entities and private clients across Qatar. Many of these relationships have continued beyond the original handover.

Delivered under controlled conditions.

Every project is planned and executed under a documented quality, health, safety and environment programme, aligned with international and local regulatory standards.

Each contract runs against a written Project Quality Plan with a master drawing register, revision control, signed Variation Orders, and a final handover checklist — so the paperwork matches the workmanship.

01

Quality

Each project is specified, managed and delivered to its technical specifications, with review at every milestone.

02

Health

Resources and support for every employee, including first aid, training records, sanitation, ventilation and hearing protection.

03

Safety

Full personal protective equipment on every site, fire control, working-at-height protocols and lockout procedures before electrical work.

04

Environment

Compliance with regulatory requirements, including flammable-material storage, refuelling and dust-control protocols on site.

A site-inspection checklist is reviewed and signed off by the site supervisor at the start of each shift, before work resumes.

Built well, handed over on time.

That has been the standard since 2010. We would be glad to show you how we hold to it.
